No Refunds, No Returns 

We package our items individually and include plenty of bubble wrap, tissue, shredding, newspaper, air pockets and packing peanuts. 

REFUNDS - We do not offer refunds: We are not responsible for treats that arrive melted, crushed and do not arrive on time for an event due to: incorrect addresses, no one home to receive the package, mailing delays or re-routings or ANY TYPE of carrier delivery problems, packages left on the porch.  Unfortunately once a package is shipped it is out of our hands and is out of our control.

RETURNS - We do not accept returns on food items - Perishable food products cannot be resold or returned to stock.

FROZEN GEL PACKS - Our store is stocked with frozen gel packs for purchase to ensure items arrive fresh and intact.  Frozen gel packs should be added to large orders or orders with a majority of chocolate items so they are kept fresh and protected from melting. They are highly encouraged during the summer months or in warmer states

CANCELLATIONS - Orders already in production may not be cancelled. In the event you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately or call us within 24 hours.  We will NOT accept unauthorized returns or offer refunds on unauthorized returns.

CLAIMS - In the event you have a crushed/damaged order contact us and we can assist you on filing a claim with USPS for a refund with them!

 
DELIVERIES - As when with dealing with food and chocolate, all deliveries must be received by someone and not left outside in the sun or left on the porch by USPS.
